License Test 1 - This is a circle track, like the other circle tracks, except with a VIPER! The Viper's horsepower is just insanely high and it's handling at high speeds is extremely crappy. You have to tap the accelerator in this course. Avoid spin-outs at all costs.
License Test 2 - Keeping this car under control is pretty simple, so make sure you don't have a spin-out forming while going through a turn.
License Test 3 - The times on this license test are extremely tight. Ride the inside of the track and push the car to its limits.
License Test 4 - This is a simple rally test, like rally tests weren't already simple. The only hard part is when you enter the final turn. You need to slow down a bit as to not have your teeth jammed down your throat by concrete.
License Test 5 - This is the hardest of the rally tests. The Escudo is undoubtedly the fastest car in the game. With its ungodly amount of horsepower and its light-weight frame, this car is ideal for tracks with free horsepower. Get one of these babies at the Suzuki dealer for 2,000,000. Anyway, try to stay off the fences as much as possible and tap the accelerator.
License Test 6 - This is a downhill race, and being a downhill race, your brakes will be affective later than usual. This may be your best chance for a gold metal, so use your newly-acquired racing skills and burn up the track.
License Test 7 - Don't over-steer and keep off the walls. Tap your brake when necessary.
License Test 8 - This is the chicane-hairpin combo that you saw earlier in License Test 7 of the I-C License Test. The Jaguar has pretty good handling, so a few mistakes won't hurt you. Brake lightly through the chicane, and then accelerate hard to powerslide in the hairpin.
License Test 9 - If you can get this bad GT-ONE Car through this corkscrew turn you can do ANYTHING. This is a good candidate for the hardest License Test in the game. you have 663 Horsepower to use, but the turns will limit you on this. Slow down until you're nearly to a stop, and then accelerate while turning through the down-hill turn.
License Test 10 - This test isn't as bad as the last one, but it still requires a bit of skill. If you can end up on the outside of the track exiting the first turn, then you will have a pretty good set-up for turn two. Enter the first turn with caution, then accelerate upon exit. Make it through the second up-hill turn and you're home free.
